  1. Detyrat dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit e Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkime Shkencore jan\u00eb:<\/li><\/ol>

    1.1 Organizon dhe koordinon pun\u00ebn e zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkime Shkencore;
    1.2 P\u00ebrpilon informata, analiza dhe raporte t\u00eb ndryshme statistikore p\u00ebr nevoja t\u00eb Universitetit, lidhur m\u00eb publikimet dhe punimet shkencore, si dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb konferenca shkencore t\u00eb stafit akademik;
    1.3 Zyra p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkime Shkencore n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Prorektorin p\u00ebr M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie, \u00c7\u00ebshtje Studentore dhe K\u00ebrkime Shkencore n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell publikimet e stafit akademik t\u00eb universitetit;
    1.4 Harton dhe rifreskon databaz\u00ebn e publikimeve shkencore p\u00ebr stafit akademik t\u00eb universitetit;
    1.5 Punon duke u k\u00ebshilluar me menaxhmentin e UHZ-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me Prorektorin p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie, \u00e7\u00ebshtje studentore dhe k\u00ebrkime shkencore, si dhe me akteret e tjer\u00eb relevant p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur promovimin dhe zbatimin e rekomandimeve q\u00eb dalin nga Procesi i Bolonj\u00ebs n\u00eb UHZ;
    1.6 Kryen pun\u00eb n\u00eb koordinim me Senatin e UHZ-s\u00eb, K\u00ebshillin Drejtues, Nj\u00ebsit\u00eb Akademike, Institutet, si dhe me k\u00ebshillat, komisionet dhe grupet punuese n\u00eb sektorin e k\u00ebrkimeve shkencore dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e nd\u00ebrlidhura;
    1.7 P\u00ebrgatit\u00eb materialin p\u00ebr mbledhjet e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Botimeve;
    1.8 Harton dhe rifreskon n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi databaz\u00ebn p\u00ebr botime t\u00eb stafit akademik n\u00eb UHZ;
    1.9 B\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e materialit p\u00ebr mbledhjet e Komisionit t\u00eb studimeve, K\u00ebshillit qendror t\u00eb studimeve t\u00eb doktorat\u00ebs, K\u00ebshillit botues dhe Senatit t\u00eb Universitetit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat trajtohen k\u00ebrkimet shkencore;
    1.10 Drejtori i Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkime shkencore raporton n\u00eb aspektin operacional te Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet profesionale q\u00eb lidhen me detyrat e pun\u00ebs raporton dhe i koordinon pun\u00ebt me Prorektorin p\u00ebr M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie, \u00c7\u00ebshtje Studentore dhe K\u00ebrkime Shkencore;<\/p>

    1. Me sistematizimin e vendeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, Zyra e K\u00ebrkimeve Shkencore p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga k\u00ebto pozita:
