University “Haxhi Zeka” in Peja, is participating in the first launch meeting of the project “Legal Clinics in Service of Vulnerable Groups: Enhancing the Employment of Law Students Through Practical Education” funded by Erasmus + (2019-2022). The main purpose of this project is to ensure the improvement of employment of law students through practical education and the organization of real law clinics.
Direct contact with clients in real law clinics will give students the opportunity to practice law during their studies and improve their lawmaking skills, not just through simulated processes and theoretical studies. During this meeting, Vice-Rector for Teaching and Student Affairs, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Sabiha Shala, presented the overview on the legal framework of education through real legal clinics in Kosovo.
